Hypnotherapy for pain management

Manage pain naturally and safely with hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy has proven itself wonderfully in the field of pain management. It is particularly effective for chronic pain, functional pain, cancer-treatment pain and post-operative pain. It is also highly effective for the specific discomforts and social worries associated with IBS.

Some pain is caused by anatomical problems, some is caused by neurological issues, still other pains come about because of medical treatments.

Pain is typically seen as a bad thing, but it is also a vital element of our body’s information feedback system. Though it’s rarely wise to ignore it altogether, out of control pain can be debilitating and miserable.

Let me help you learn how to take control of the way your body and mind processes pain signals and regain some joy and freedom from the grip of ongoing or recovery pain.

Work with me to create for yourself a style of hypnotherapy that works for YOU!

You can either meet with me face-to-face, or click through for a live 1-to-1 session via Zoom.

I deliver my hypnotherapy from my purpose-built studio in Bovey Tracey, Devon.
