Key principles
There are many reasons to write blog posts. Much of this is used as resource material for my clients, but it’s now freely available. Mostly, I like to write about the things that may help to demonstrate and support the key principles that I use when deciding how to treat:
- I want my clients to feel in control of their treatment.
- I want my clients to feel empowered to work on themselves in daily situations, outside of my sessions.
- I want my clients to experience and sense of agency and self efficacy, continually growing in confidence.
- I want my clients to be able to find and value genuine happiness and self-worth in everyday life.
