Putting “therapy” aside for a moment, sometimes we just need to treat ourselves to some better-than-usual relaxation. Mind Massage might be just what you’re looking for.

Mind Massage is a 45 minute session which can be delivered face-to-face or online (via Zoom)

You stay in control the whole time, and despite being hypnotised, you’ll still be able to talk if you need to.

So, what does a 45 minute session include?

  • A few standard health and safety questions before we start,
  • A really short “dip-your-toe-in” hypnosis session.
  • Some brief questions to find out what relaxes you and if there’s anything specific you need rest from (worries, stresses, concerns etc.)
  • From there I will instantly devise and deliver a hypnosis session, just for you, based on your answers, so you can relax for the rest of the session.

What if you don’t get on with it,

or you decide Mind Massage is not for you?

Early on in the session I do a short dip-your-toe-in a 5-10 minute taster, in which you get used to the hypnotic environment of your own mind. If you struggle with this then you’re free to just tell me and I’ll refund your money and stop there.

The good news is this has never happened yet, I’ve never met someone who can’t benefit from hypnosis the way I do it.

However just because you can do something doesn’t mean you always should… Hypnosis isn’t a good match for people who have been diagnosed with any form of psychosis in the past, nor is it a match for those who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. Please bear this in mind and avoid disappointment when booking if these issues affect you.
